Orders
At the time of ordering it can take up to a week for your purchase to ship out. With the holidays please note that we may need an extra week to complete every order. All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from stamps.com, wix or myself. This will include your tracking information and the approximate time of arrival.
Items are shipped through the USPS. If your item is lost or stolen in the care of USPS, Burt 3D is not responsible for such items. Please make all claims through USPS. If you do contact us to make a claim we will do what we can to work with you in locating your package.
All orders are 3d printed when the order is placed. There are no orders that are stocked in house that could be shipped at a moments noticed. Each print depending on the size can take a few minutes to a few days to print. We do not have control over the print time of an item.
If you have a 3d printable file that you wish to have printed, please contact us at Burt3d@gmail.com so we can go over the specifics of the item(s) you wish to have printed.
Return Policy
If your item(s) was received damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately. After delivery you have 10 business days to report all claims and damages. We shall send you a replacement of the item free of charge. Please save the box and packing material. We will send you a return label so you can ship the damage item back to us for inspection.
All custom work sales are final. No returns on custom works will be allowed unless it was damaged through shipping. In this case we shall take the item back and resend you a new one with no changes to the item. Custom items includes the file you send you wish to have printed.
Pricing
Custom orders (Files you wish to have printed) will not be priced the same as those that are listed on this site. Price will be determine by the time it takes to print and any editing work that will need to be done.
Shipping prices are determined by the amount that is in your cart. Due to the sites disconnection with the shipping carrier, this way creates a way for fair and equal pricing for everyone.
Pricing could change at a moments noticed due to different factors within the items, printing, labor and shipping.
Care
Burt 3D products should not be used near the stove, oven or microwave. Extreme heat may cause the material to melt or warp. May be washed in warm soapy water with a soft sponge. Never use abrasive materials or harsh soaps.
3D printed vase's, bowls and other decor item's are for decor purposes only. They are not water tight and may leak causing damage to the 3d print itself and surrounding area.
